Best storage facility in the neighborhood decided on it after looking at various others! What sold me was the cleanliness of the place, the great price, climate control and especially the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff!! In particular Fred who went out of his way to make the process hassle free and convenient! 10 out of ten would recommend !!!!

I dealt with the store manager Fred who is extremely professional, courteous. The facility has just been renovated, is secure, clean and my property is safe. I highly recommend Storage Post at 3 3Grand and dealing with Fred.

I found myself in a bind and needed a solution fast. I drove down to Brooklyn from Central New York in an attempt to move my daughter into her apartment. Unfortunately her key would not work and therefore no access to the apartment. I had a truck full of stuff and didn't want to drive it 3 plus hours back to CNY. Found the Storage Post convenient and nearby, and the staff (Calvin I believe) very helpful, genuine and willing to help me solve my problem. I made multiple trips to the unit will be recommending this place to friends.

Fred and Aaron at Storage Post were incredibly helpful and getting my stuff situated at this location was a breeze! They were really transparent about pricing and helping me get the most bang for my buck. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
