I wanted to rent a storage unit and the first month was free with a $35 administration fee. I decided the next day that I didn't want the unit. They gave me an issue with receiving a refund. They avoided dealing with me for 2 weeks. It wasn't until I made a review that they gave me a refund.

no one was there at front desk for about 10 minutes. Unit was no explained to me correctly. but other than that ok...
