I am very Thankful for Excellent Customer Service from Ashley. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during my visit there. Thankful for her assistance in choosing the best Storage Unit for me. My mom passed and I had to move her apartment furniture Out At short notice. This being difficult do but after speaking to this beautiful young lady. Everything came together!!! From Susan and Larry at the call center to Leslie at the facility, Storage Post has been wonderful - fast, friendly and professional. Unlike some other facilities I looked at, service was quick and informative. Their facility is so convenient - ground level and easy to pull in and unload. Leslie went the extra mile in helping us get settled in. The unit is clean and spacious. Their pricing is great! Couldn't be more happy with my decision to rent from Storage Post at Fordham Road!

They sold boxes, and tape, the office and storage space was clean, thhy have carts and dollies, to take your boxes, to your space, staff was very helpful.
