This is my first time renting a storage unit and Ozzie the manager made the process so easy !!! He was very straight forward and to the point, he explained everything and answer all questions. Me and my husband have been looking for a storage space for quite some time around the bronx area and out of all the stores we have been in this has been the best one the manager of the facility i believe his name goes by Edgar was very helpfull to my husband which does not really understand english that well mr Edgar was patient and understanding in knowing what my husband needed definitely deserves a good 5 stars thank you Edgar and storage post for helping us find the size room we needed !

Excellent customer service from start to finish! I would highly recommend these movers to anyone looking to move. We could not possibly have moved everything ourselves as efficiently and quickly as they did. The movers were friendly and careful with all of our possessions. They came recommended to us from a family member that just used them and we could not be happier. We had two stops before the final destination and they arrived spot on time and completed the job within the estimated time frame and even slightly under our quote price. Great job!
