Very disappointed, I lost my key, i went to ask person at office and she told me thatcshe was already closing so I have to comeback tomorrow at business hours, I know, i was 10 minutes past 6 pm but, she didn't leave till 6 30 pm, that may would take 5 to 10 minutes to use bolt cutting, that is call customer service.

I like the fact they were very professional. I like how the building is set up. You have to use the pin code to move the elevators. The place is also clean.

GREAT .. THE REP THAT HELPED ME WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. YOUR LOCATION AS WELL AS THE UNIT ITSELF WAS EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN. THE 24 HR ACCESS IS GREAT FOR ALL MY BUSINESS NEEDS. Awesome!!!!! Kevin was my more storage specialist and he was beyond fantastic. He explained everything to me, was very helpful, courteous and polite. He also gave me a great deal and made my experience easy and a smooth transition. Im glad I chose to come to this location for excellent customer service!!!!!!!!!! GREAT GREAT GREAT JOB!!!!

I've been using this storage facility for a few months now, and I gotta say, it's been a lifesaver. The staff is always super friendly and helpful, and the place is always clean and well-maintained. Plus, the 24-hour access is clutch when I need to grab something from my unit late at night.
