Manny from start to finish provided the best services i ever received in any type of customer service, it’s unique how he is able to talk and make you feel comfortable with his attentiveness, it’s like ive known him for years. He is Funny, welcoming, professional, well mannered, respectful, assertive. I have one storage unit already and just rented another and just like when i rented my first unit last year he represented this company so well, all the cameras, multiple elevators, kiosk and amazing access hours that is so convenient for my business. I don’t really like leaving reviews but i had to for manny based off how satisfied i always am with him, but when i went to start leaving this review and read all the others experiences with manny there is no way they are lying, i agree with everything anyone has ever said positive about manny and how he take care of his customers. The way he knows this building is as if it’s his second home lol he told me that it’s like his second home lol anyways manny don’t change for the world, thank you storage post for the security in knowing I’ll be secured well with storing with you guys. Very Good Staff and Respectful Worker's. Is Clean but lockers seem to Small for the Price but Worth it,, Due to I'm Disabled and My Locker is high from the floor to get I'n Myself,, and I Live just 2 Short blocks Away from it. I Do Recommend.

Manny the Man truly is remarkable in what he does representing this company and himself. We are getting storage due to bad fire and oh boy did he bring joy to us during these trying times in a pure genuine way, he is deff one of a kind. I called and the woman I spoke with was very helpful and very nice, and then when I went to the facility to see the actual unit, the woman there was very helpful and very nice. The Bruckner location is clean and comfortable and I recommend them.

If you need a storage unit I highly recommend stopping by here! Amazing customer service!! I typically wouldn’t waist my time with a review but this one is sooo worth it. All thanks to Ashley for making this a stress free experience. What Ashley didn’t know is I’ve had 3 sleepless night in an out the hospital with my dad , and in the midst of it all I was moving to a new apartment and needed to put some stuff in storage. I honestly cannot express how satisfied I am with my experience. Ashley, made everything super simple, and was super helpful and patient. Honestly I walked in on a Sunday at 3:54pm fully aware that they’re closing in 6 min. I rushed over from the hospital hoping to get lucky yet pretty anxious that I won’t be helped since it’s last minute. Ashley happily greeted me and helped me through the entire process. The system was a little behind and my confirmation email didn’t come in and it was about 4:30. Ashley gave me a temporary code so that I’m able to load stuff that same Sunday which was a great help!!! I’m telling you this girl is amazing! She even took the time out to show me the units like I asked although it was already closing time. She smiled and patiently helped me past operating hours. I’ve rented a few storage units before but never has had such a great experience!! Ashley if you happen to be reading this I want to thank you again for being such a pleasant helpful person!!
