You will never find a storage facility with a nicer staff. Never. The building itself is a gem, converted from an old cold storage building located across the West Side Highway from the Hudson River.

The staff are nice and go above and beyond to help out. They do always give the best customer service. I had issues before but that has been resolved. This is one of the nicest place to put your storage.

The manager Abraham was very helpful very polite and professional answered all my questions showed me the different size units with no problem very courteous I recommend this facility to everyone I would give it a 100 star rating but I'm only allowed 5 stars
