I Have been using Storage Post Facility for seven months.Marisol was very helpfull resoilving my Problem.Very Secure and clean. I would recommend anyone to this facility just keep the prices from going up every year.

I found Storagepost online, made my payment and then went into the office on moving day, I was comfortable dealing with the female in the office, I use the location in Pelham. The faculty is clean, organized , I got a coupon for a freelock, and got 2 free months from a promotion that was in place. The unit is everything I hoped and more... love it.

Lavona was spectacular ! She exceeded my expectations of customer service. Coming in she was cleaning and still was very attentive to me. She assured me she would be right with me. She showed me around gave me a tour of units until I found “the one” and she won me ! We’re residents of city island which isn’t far from pelham we talked about some great food spots and she just had such a great personality and this aura about her! We both are aquarius and we laughed about that. She’s a great manager and representative for storage post company. Thanks sweetie !

The staff so helpful!

Wow! This place is great! The manager Jose is amazing! He helped me chose from 2 different rooms and got me my rental in less than 10 minutes! His staff was very friendly and welcoming! The office and bathrooms were very clean and parking was easy to move in! This is by far the best storage place in the Bronx! Thanks again.

I’ve had a storage unit here for about three years and I don’t have anything to complain about, very clean, accessible, they have carts for your belongings, ladders in case you have a unit on top, they have a variety of sizes depending on your needs and budget, their business hours are decent, they have a bathroom in the office in case you’re going to be at your unit adjusting things for a few hours, anything you may need help with the employees in the office are very useful and knowledgeable.

Melanie was great. She was very sweet and helpful. She answered all my questions and whatever I was confused on, she explained it again in full detail. She showed us the unit before we purchased it and explained everything on the contract thoroughly. The location is a little weird but inside is very clean and neat. Great prices

I wish there was an option to give a 10/10. I’ve rented at other storage places before but wow the staff is great. Anytime I need anything the guys are there to help. If you need a storage this is the place to come to.

Friendly respectful and helpful staff

The staff, especially Eddie, are extremely helpful and friendly. Clean buildings, perfectly sized units that are all groundlevel so no lugging things up and down in elevators. WARNING: the road outside the storage units is ALL MASSIVE POTHOLES so beware of destroying the bottom of whatever vehicle you drive in with
