She is also a great sales representative! Even though one of your competitors offered me a larger unit at less cost, because of her and her great service in explaining the amenities your location provided and offering me a good deal, I ended up renting a unit on the spot and paid for the entire year in advance! I have been involved in the customer service industry at various capacities throughout my professional career and I have always viewed employees such as Ms. Santos as an invaluable asset.
