Manager Anthony was EXTREMELY accommodating when I went in to sign lease for my storage unit. The associates who take reservations over the phone during the initial consultation should be as thorough as he was when it comes to making sure that the rooms rented are suitable for their customers. Anthony can certainly teach them a thing or two.

Really friendly place. My mom has had a storage here for some time and I go with her once in a while she's elderly and always needs help with her space. When she goes in she makes sure to look for Krystal because she is the one to always help her get in to her space. I love the fact that my mom who's Spanish and doesn't speak English there's always Krystal and someone else to help her. The staff has always been helpful and the minute you walk in you can tell by how all the other people who rent here stop by to talk to them. Would recommend.

I am not ashamed of being wrong. I responded to an increase without having a conversation with the company. Not realizing that they have been trying to reach me. In my haste I posted a distasteful comment. I apologize for not speaking with management first. Now that I have connected with management, they have been very kind, respectful and workable people. I chose this storage facility solely based on reviews and they didn’t disappoint. Anthony, the manager, was great! He went above and beyond to make our move easy and seemless. Not only is the customer service great, but they also have the lowest rates in the area. Only complain I have is, they should have more staff, I think it’s a lot for one person. But still, on a very busy Saturday, with people moving in and out, plus all the new customers inquiring information in the front desk, Anthony managed to acknowledge everyone upon arrival, and take care of them in a timely manner. He was also very patient showing us around the different units available, and explaining which one would work better according to our needs and budget. When in need of storage, at a good price, convenient and with great customer service, look nowhere else..
