Absolutely Incredible Experience! Storage Post is the best! Shadey provided us with exceptional customer service, making us feel like we were in paradise. She gave us a thorough walkthrough of the facility, and I was impressed by the size of the elevator—it can fit six cars! This means you can make just one trip to move everything into your storage. The space is clean and well-maintained, with air conditioning to keep it cool. It’s also very quiet and has a beautiful ambiance. At the end of our visit, both Shadey and the manager thanked us for our business and left us with a smile. I highly recommend Storage Post for anyone in need of storage solutions! I have been using Storage Post for about 2 years when they were originally called Metro Storage. Their storage areas are spotless. Also climate controlled. No having to clean it before you store your things. The people that work there are attentive and will address all your storage needs. The security is second to none. Their prices are very reasonable. If your in the Bronx area I would highly recommend Storage Post.

Went in today for the first time and Carlos who was at the front desk was very helpful! Not only did we have a great conversation but he made the process easy, comfortable and friendly! He showed me my unit, got me a cart, gave me all the info I needed and sent me on my way! Was in an out quickly and I left with a smile. Definitely would recommend this place,if not for the storage space, for the great staff experience!
