I rented with the Brooklyn location for over 10 years without one issue. When it finally came time for me to move out from over 3000 miles away, they went above and beyond to make sure things worked out smoothly. Highly recommended!

The facility is been improve and some services added. The manager Fred is been very accommodating and helpful to us as well of the front deak staff. 24hr is as a good feature. Very convenient located

Helena helped me and was super sweet and personable ! This is our second year renting at this facility, it’s secure, well located and safe. Helena took the time to show me a few spaces, and I’m glad she did because we chose the perfect spot! Super easy access and Helena & Rahim were on point, and professional, in addition yo just being super nice.

Daniel was very helpful . I came to the unit at the very last minute and he found a way to assist me . Definitely recommend this storage facility . I also booked with a deal of first months free !
