I have been using this facility long before it was Brooklyn Space Storage. Very clean environment and nice place to store personal belongings. However it has gotten too expensive.

They have like 2 dollies total on the premises but the price was right so, yeah. Otherwise, no complaints.

Staff was very friendly, unit was clean. Only downside is that I can only get to my unit during business hours, but I knew that going in! So far so good!!!

Online rental very easy. Reasonable pricing. Only hitch experienced was that the code to get in gate didn't work and had to reprogram.

The place is an old school building and looks a bit run down. The units are clean and dry however, and the staff is very helpful.

This place is very clean and appealing to the eyes. I was going through a hard time and the staff there, Hi Kayla, were very professional and made me feel at home. I would recommend everyone to store their belongings here. The attitudes and body language exemplified by you guys is what customer service is about. Sooo a very very special thank you to you all for helping me transition during a bad time in my life. You guys are awesome!!
