Great experience renting a storage unit, in a clean, secure facility. The staff is friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to get us situated.

Staff is always helpful and they do a great job keeping the space clean despite some truly disgusting tenants.

Great location for Greenpoint and Williamsburg residents too. Really easy access units. Huge elevators. Plenty of loading docks and loading carts. Early and late access hours. Friendly, helpful and cooperative staff. Competitively priced units. One of the better storage locations in the Brooklyn/ Queens area. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend this facility enough. Not only was it organized, clean and easy, but we were treated with the greatest of care by a very personable staff. We worked with 3 individuals at this location - all of which were stellar. Extremely easy process for getting all of our items out of our van and into a storage unit. The staff helped us pick the right size for our needs, and I appreciated them providing options without pressure. Huge shout out to all the staff there (Carmen and team!!) So grateful for all the help and kindness.

I love the unit. The move in was fine. It was a bit difficult to utilize the long carts. Any hopes of getting smaller ones? Either way, thanks SP!
