Got an immediate call back from Portia, whose delightfully professional and bubbly personality made me want to come right over. There, I was greeted and helped by Leslie who was the most informed and incredible representative I've ever met. The whole experience makes me proud to be a Storage Post customer. The young lady at the desk was very customer friendly, she explained everything in full detail. Her demeanor was very professional. She made me feel very comfortable . Even as I was expressing my concerns she was able to assure me that my belongings will be safe .
