I rented online but the unit was too small. The store manager was awesome and moved me to a larger unit very close to the one I'd originally rented. The customer service was top notch.

I am very Thankful for Excellent Customer Service from Ashley. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during my visit there. Thankful for her assistance in choosing the best Storage Unit for me. My mom passed and I had to move her apartment furniture Out At short notice. This being difficult do but after speaking to this beautiful young lady. Everything came together!!! Excelente Servicio! This place was nice but was always dirty and staff was kind of rude. Lately there have been some nice changes. The building is clean, smells good and finally we can get parking. Also I see new staff who is very friendly y hablan en espanol! Jose gave us a tour, showed us several units and got us in and out in less than 30 minutes! I will recommend to my friends and family for sure!
