This company is so easy to talk with. I was able to rent completely over the phone and filling out all of the required documents was a breeze. This was such an easy process and the woman I talked to over the phone was so sweet and genuine. I would recommend this place to anyone. Super clean, secure, and cheap.

Anthony customer service was exceptionally pleasing. He was able to resolve my issue, which the problem was caused by an online representative, who misinformed me. Moreover, the information was not explained to me on its entirety, therefore causing confusion. Nonetheless, thanks to Anthony, my issues was resolved and I was able to rent a storage space. When I came to this location on Friday January 28th the worker who helped me was Nya. This building is well maintained and climate controlled. Nya was very helpful and informative when I asked questions about possibly renting a space at this location. I had a good experience with this Public Storage location. Nya was super friendly and very professional. She helped me out beyond my expectations.

Alex Lambertus at the Yonkers store was a great help. He showed us a few rooms until he found the perfect one for us. Getting us in was simple. Great customer service, and a clean building. I would recomend this place to all of my friends and family.
