Lavona is amazing !!! I reserved a unit on the phone with Portia, and ended up choosing one that best fits my needs. I changed the size of the unit I wanted to rent and I am extremely happy with my choice. She is very Friendly !

I came in yesterday to move into a second unit with storage post, lavona showed me around and she wowed me with her great personality! I called after I left took the unit right away and today I had some movers help me move in. We were done less than an hour! She continued to offer me a smile and great customer service as she walked around the building to take care of what she needed to do and she was so nice to my movers. Havent beennto fordham for years but when i finally took the time i stop by a storage place to check out the place and ran into a employee kristian nieves that guy helped me alot he explain everything so well great customer service,great attitude,great leadership,and most of all very informative had a excellent experience.
