I was blown away by the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff at Storage Post. They took the time to explain all the features of their facilities and made sure that I was comfortable with my storage unit before leaving. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of storage solutions.

Came in about a year ago and booked by a very helpful staff i believe his name was Milton who unfortunately no longer with the company. Had a few issues with one of my units in the beginning but he immediately took care of it. In addition, theres another staff who has been also very attentive, helpful and courteous. She helped me acquired a new bigger unit and answered all my questions. Also,as per observation, she always on the move keeping the facility clean and presentable. I think her name is Zophia. Staff made the entire process extremely convenient and fast. I viewed my unit and was given access in less than 30 minutes.

Lavona is amazing !!! I reserved a unit on the phone with Portia, and ended up choosing one that best fits my needs. I changed the size of the unit I wanted to rent and I am extremely happy with my choice. She is very Friendly !

I came in yesterday to move into a second unit with storage post, lavona showed me around and she wowed me with her great personality! I called after I left took the unit right away and today I had some movers help me move in. We were done less than an hour! She continued to offer me a smile and great customer service as she walked around the building to take care of what she needed to do and she was so nice to my movers. I have been storing my belongings at Storage Post for over a year now and I couldn't be happier with the level of service they provide. The staff is always polite and professional, and the facilities are impeccably clean. I truly feel like my belongings are in good hands with Storage Post.

I came here about two weeks ago with my girlfriend to rate a unit and the workers in the office were happy and helpful. The building was clean, and their rates are the best I've seen compare to the other storages next door. I would definitely recommend this company and location.

Anthony was genuinely kind and helpful. Although, it was closing time he took the time to show me the room that would accommodate my need and fit my budget. And to my surprise he also told me about a special offer of the paying for the Unit one time and for two months the room would be for free!!! What a deal!! What a delightful young man Mr. Anthony is!! Storage Post struck gold when they hired him, he should get a promotion and a raise for what he brings to this company!!!!!!!!!
