I am finding this Storage Post building to be the greatest thing since the invention of Rocky Road Ice Cream!!!! I found this Yonkers storage unit on the web, and feel totally blessed and fortunate that I did so. The first thing you notice when you enter the building is how impeccably clean and spacious and organized is the entryway space. The second aspect you become aware of is how gracious and helpful and efficient and kind and knowledgeable is ANTHONY, the STORAGE MANAGER. He is totally the best in every way, and I know whereof I speak because I have spent most of my career in storage spaces with artwork. If ANTHONY lived in NYC, I would recommend that he works with Marshall Fine Arts, or US Art, because he has a wonderful manner with his clients and an excellent mind for spatial arrangements and for the knowledge of the business. The great feeling about this Yonkers Storage Post location lasts when you get upstairs to the individual units, and find them very clean and easily entered. The security systems and the intercom system are excellent as well -- and they work!!! As you can gather, I have found this Storage Post location to be fantastic, and feel extremely lucky to have searched the web, and found it. Please store your important objects here, and I think you will be very pleased. Also, I must mention ALEX, who works here as well, for he too is very, very helpful, knowledgeable and kind.

This place is awesome the 2 gentlemen that was working the day I rented ( bold guy with glass and dude with long hair) was awesome not only did they help me with pricing but all my stuff fit great and I even got a bigger space for close to nothing

I did not rent a unit today but I just wanted to write the review and say that the workers there Livan and Gabriel were very great in helping me find the exact locker size I needed. Unfortunately I didnt have enough funds at the moment to rent the unit but I will surely be back by the end of this week!

Good Morning, I wanted to take this time this morning to write a long overdue and well deserved review on this Storage Post here in New Rochelle. Having had several bad experiences with customer service in general I found this to be a worthy post. As I finally decided to come on board and rent a unit I must say that I was surprised by the welcoming hospitality that I received coming in the door, during a quick tour to actually see a few possible units that I may be interested in, as well upon my leaving the store. The woman I met was simply amazing and I can tell was truly genuine about people and her job (meeting the needs of customers). Her name is Zophier. Zophier not only made me be at ease with this decision and transition but she also was able to smoothly multitask and yet not forget the business we had begun. As I finally decided on a unit after seeing a few, Zophier made this sign up as easy as possible for me. Since I have been here everything has been smooth sailing and. Because of this outstanding service I already brought in a friend and will continue to refer people to this branch at the Storage Post of New Rochelle. Thank you Zophier and thank you Storage Post for having such an amazing representative on deck who actually cares. Trust me in today's businesses it is extremely rare. ~ Lawrence

I have 3 units here !! Ashley is always willing to help out even with my ridiculous request.She is BEYOND friendly a huge peoples person. The building is very clean and smells nice Ashley is always cleaning the facility I always tell her to take a break because she works too hard everyday Thank You Ash your hard work is always appreciated !!
