Having to use self storage has always brought fear and reservations. Yet, after the experience with Storage Post, specifically Alex, my reservations are gone. Alex was professional, friendly and made sure I was clear about everything, even which lock to use. The place is cleaner.......than my house, and I keep my house clean. The cost for storage is more reasonable than the "competition".

Overall, while the staff at the storage facility was helpful and the facility itself was clean and well-kept, I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility in their policies regarding my move-out process. Despite being a long-time customer, I was charged for a full month's rent even though I only moved to a different storage unit on a different floor. I believe there could have been better communication and understanding in this situation. I hope the facility can take this feedback into consideration and improve their policies for future customers. And I’m still hopeful they will issue me a credit

The staff is amaizing!! They are really attentive and willing to help and answer you questions. Is the first time we use storage and honestly it has been an great experience; the units are clean and secure and it’s easy to move things in even if you have to do it by yourself.
