Storage Post in Long Island City made my storage experience seamless, thanks to Shaday! From move-in to move-out, she was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring the whole process was easy and stress-free. The facility is clean, secure, and well-organized. Shaday went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and her friendly, professional attitude really stood out. I highly recommend Storage Post, especially if you're lucky enough to have Shaday assisting you!

Went in today for the first time and Carlos who was at the front desk was very helpful! Not only did we have a great conversation but he made the process easy, comfortable and friendly! He showed me my unit, got me a cart, gave me all the info I needed and sent me on my way! Was in an out quickly and I left with a smile. Definitely would recommend this place,if not for the storage space, for the great staff experience!

it's clean and the parking bay makes it easy to get to the elevators, they do need more carts cause sometimes there are not enough when it's busy.
