I was nervous walking into the place for the simple fact that i went to two different storage places today and the price was so high for the space i needed. From start to finish Kristian was GREAT !!! he told me everything i need to know, he went and grabbed a push cart for me and helped me load my sofa onto the cart as i was alone. If you guys ever need storage and want to be treated like family this is the place to go and just ask for Kristian.

Excellent location, recently opened, nice and clean with several security cameras. There is plenty of parking with 5 floors of storage spaces. Best price around and the most amazing customer service ever, thank you Yahaira Santiago, you made the process fast and made us feel secure during this stressful transition.

I highly recommend this place its very clean. The parking and the carts where available made it easy to load and unload, elevators are also spacious for bulky furniture. As for staff Manny you are a remarkable representative to have at the front desk of Storage Post Self Storage. Thank you for your continuous and exceeding professionalism. You make each and every encounter truly pleasant.

My experience with the entire Staffs at STORAGE POST, is excellent! They are all courteous, professional, and very helpful... the Specialist at this Jersey City site, Yamash Singh, is an exemplary employee! The Customer Service Rep., "Porsha," with whom a spoke on the phone, is equally terrific and courteous! In addition, as a previous customer of years ago, Specialist, Val, was amazing! Because of my satisfaction with this Company, I've previously sent referrals; including my daughter, Michelle B, still a present customer.
