I want to give a huge shout out to Romulus and Carmen at the Grand Ave Brooklyn location for helping me find the perfect storage unit for all my needs. Both of them were knowledgeable professional and very patient. I must have asked over a 100 questions and they answered every single one. Romulus was so great showing me multiple units through the building because I wasn’t sure exactly what I needed. He helped me find the perfect one. Carmen was so awesome with helping me get all my paperwork done and explaining everything perfectly and answering all my questions. She is an absolute gem!! I look forward to keeping my stuff safe and sound at Storage post for years to come.
