Great facility. Great Service. Make sure you see Carlos he is awesome. Not pushy, very informative, and very pleasant. I needed storage on a budget and he really made it happen. The guy is really reasonable and will work with you. The place is state of the art and top notch. You will be glad you stored with them. It makes living in Williamsburg, that much more nicer and convenient.

Everyone was beyond courteous making sure I found exactly what I needed. It was also very quick to get all of the paperwork together. Everyone who needs a storage spot should get it at storage post.

I live in Seattle but I have had the same Long Island storage post unit for 8 years. The price for the unit is 1/3 less than Seattle area units but Long Island sp is light years better than anything available her in Seattle. The staff are EXTREMELY helpful and courteous. Got a locker online, came across a few issues once at the branch as they were not aware of the online offers. Was taken care of by Johnny who provided excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure my offer was provided, did not rush the process despite the fact the location was very busy that day.
