I have used storage units for a variety of reasons over the years. This was my first time using Storage Post, and I must say Brandon was amazing and has earned my business for the long term. He is very welcoming and professional. He also guides you into making a decision that fits your situation the best. 5 stars is an understatement.

This storage company is the best! The units are immaculate and the staff is incredible. In particular the Manager Brandon was extremely helpful when i accidentally dropped my keys down the elevator shaft. Brandon went above and beyond to help me retrieve the keys. Service at this location is top notch. I have never experienced customer service like that of Danielle, the storage specialist. The location and atmosphere is great. Always feel safe when checking my storage. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent.

Danielle was great. She willingly stayed half an hour late on a Saturday just because I was running behind. She explained in detail things that I ACTUALLY needed to know, and was extremely friendly and helpful, especially when compared to the norm in the Kenner/St. Rose area. I'd do business with the company again simply for her exemplary service.
