I’ve had a wonderful experience thus far! Gloria is an example of great customer service ...I want to say, my experience was outstanding, I was attended to quickly and professionally. The young lady did not hesitate to give me all the information I needed to make an informed decision..she made me feel like this is the place for me to store my personal possessions. I gotta say it’s my first time here . I was confused under a lot stress . From the chat with the representative and the staff Anna/ Donald were amazing customer service personality I feel u have great staff here I do believe you can upgrade there credit card system to tap it will make processing and payment so much smoother for this location you have wonderful thorough workers here and I will recommend people to do storage here . Anna / Donald you guys are amazing people ??
