Alex Lambertus at the Yonkers store was a great help. He showed us a few rooms until he found the perfect one for us. Getting us in was simple. Great customer service, and a clean building. I would recomend this place to all of my friends and family.

For starters let me say this is the 1st storage spot I seen with a clean bathroom even smells good ??. I accompanied my mom who rented a unit there and I have to say Liz was so nice and thorough and she even spoke Spanish which was a plus. She made sure my mom understood everything. Its nice to go somewhere and you get treated nicely.. Got to say gd job storage post and thanks Liz you're awesome, continue to be nice

Adrian went absolutely above and beyond to help me find the perfect unit that fit all my criteria. He showed me four different units twice! and patiently went over the numbers with me a million times like a total math wizard. His professionalism, patience, and dedication really stood out. Adrian truly deserves a raise or at least some serious recognition for the amazing service he provides! Highly recommend working with him.

Pedro was a great help when I arrived at alm ost the very last minute to closing time. He patiently had me sign the lease at the desk (which I was supposed to have done ahead of time). Also, it's nice being allowed a discount deal when you've been a customer for a while. January 2026 I'm not happy with getting a 3' x 3' unit when I reserved and registered for a 5' x 6'. The tall ceiling doesn't get it to half of what I asked for, even with a ceiling lower by two feet. Let's see how it gets resolved. I give Vinnie credit for saying he'd apply for a refund for the unnecessary lock right away. (I had one, but misunderstood what he said). Hope that comes through ASAP. July '26 Update: it's months later, and after reminding the phone center rep (not an agent on location) that the $9.79 credit hasn't happened, I got .21 off this month's rent... So I mentioned it again to the guy at the desk. I also have a contradictory notice about a rent increase. I'm already paying a little more than what's mentioned as the new amount of rent - not counting the insurance, which I pay another company for. There seems to be some confusion.

My move and process of getting a unit was quick. I came in 5 mins before closing and they did a great job assisting me. After they had left, we had until 8pm to store everything away.
