The team at Storage Post really goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. I had a minor issue with my unit, and the staff worked quickly to resolve it. They were friendly and communicative throughout the process. I highly recommend this location.

First of all I recommend this place for the excellent service you will receive from Fred. The location has two entrances with loading dock. We have access to dollies in order to take your items with the elevator to your storage unit. Very clean and very easy to access. We received the best price for a 5x6 unit in the area. Bring your lock with you and if you don't have one you can buy one from the office. Great service. Highly recommended.

I travel often and keep my business files at this storage facility, it is right off the LIE and has a very friendly manager. The store is going through some sort of renovation, and is very well lit and looks brand new on the inside. Still not finsihed yet; seems the level of customer service has increased. Is that a change in company philosohpy? The company has another store in Brooklyn that looks newer bit it is too far away..

Reinaldo was amazing! He's extremely helpful, courteous and wonderful to work with. He took the time to show me several units and explain the process of renting. He didn't rush me and answered all my questions. Opening up a new storage unit took no time at all and was an easy & seamless experience. I'd definitely recommend Storage Post (and Reinaldo)!!
