This review is late! I've had a locker at Storage Post Jersey City for 2 years. The day I went to register for it, it was at closing and the door was locked. Victoria was still in the office. She got up to answer the door and when I told her what I wanted, but I could come back, she let me in. She took me around the facility, we did the paperwork and it was done. I didn't have to come back, she took time out of starting her weekend and was very pleasant about it. I'm sorry it took so long for me to thank her. The facility itself is excellent. Clean, well lit, secure, perfect. Notices of service changes are posted regularly so you always know when you can or cannot get to your locker. There are carts usually in the lobby, but on occasion you have to find one, but generally always have one available. The only reason I give it only 4 stars is I'd like the hours to be a little longer, but it's not killer.

Positive: Great price compared to other storage providers. I recently decided to use this facility and move contents of my storage unit. It is clean. It Needs improvements in the following areas: I had to use the docking area. If I had physical challenges, it would have been impossible to climb or carry boxes to the loading carts. This facility is best suited for trucks to move items. I checked the other entry points and there isn't flat ground level loading area. The other entries have stairs (imagine having to carry boxes!) or very steep incline! The first day I got lost trying to find my locker. It's a bit of a maze. The numbers aren't sequential! I had to call the office (got call service), a gentleman came and helped me locate it. The elevators aren't numbered. I ended up at another area the first day while trying to exit... Eventually I figured out there was another elevator taking you to the docking area exit! It helps having groups of #s as well as markings and a map by each elevator! Please have a number allocated to each elevator. The third trip, I had to call the office for a cart to load my boxes. For better client service: With all the security cameras, the office should be aware that there aren't enough loading carts and make sure to have enough and not having to call the office (goes to call center)! Overall, I find it challenging using this facility. I hate having to climb the docking area to get to my storage unit. I hope they take into consideration the above improvements for better client experience. NOTE: I gave 5 stars, hoping they will take the above suggestions seriously.

Not bad simple instructions easy to find locate and obtain access, sign up was easy and I moved everything within 2 days, staff is very friendly I even showed up at 4pm on a Sunday and they had closed the gates for the day I called and the staff member let me in and allowed me to access the storage , so I’m happy about that and also it’s clean not like the other locations full of graffiti and dirty this is decent

The previous owners had this place in 2020, I rented at the set price, in 2022 new owners took over & the price has increased, & out of loyalty I stayed, but no fear, because of a beautiful human being by the name of Adrian who went beyond the call of duty and reached out to me, & lowered the increased price back down to the price I was paying when I signed up. So to show my gratitude I'm leaving this review. Loyalty is a big one for me, & with that being said thank you Adrian!!!

Clean, secure and well-lit. I appreciate the 24 hour access and reasonable pricing. I would have given five stars, but there's one problem: there aren't enough ramps! I shouldn't have to lift wheels over a curb. That's my only complaint. I notice that there are units labled as "accessible". If I'm able-bodied and struggling over the curbs, what is a person in a wheelchair or using a walker supposed to do? Please install ramps.
