Staff is friendly, informative, helpful. The facility is well spaced with parking, which is a great plus. Still within the first week of my rental experience, so lets see how things go for the next six months.

I moved my belongings in today- 6/3/2023. Dane couldn't have been nicer! He was very helpful, very polite and professional. He was thorough in explaining various things on the lease and answered all of my questions. Prior to today, I spoke to Portia on the phone a couple of times and she was equally helpful and kind. I wasn’t available to witness the move in person (I’m actually not even sure whether the move has taken place yet), however, Mylandria was the consummate professional so I know that my possessions are in good hands. She walked me through the process, answered all of my questions, and left me knowing that I had made the right decision to trust Storage Post with the move. She is simply AWESOME !! Storage Post is the BEST storage facility I've ever used! The staff, specifically Kimberly, were so friendly and knowledgeable in helping me find the perfect storage unit. The facility itself is SO clean and well-organized, and the ample parking made it so easy to load and unload my belongings. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of storage!

I never knew how amazing customer service could be at a storage center until I met Manny at Storage Post. He is one of those people that is meant to deal with customers—super helpful, hilarious and kind. I highly recommend using Storage Post on Richmond Terrace for all of your storage needs.
