GREAT .. THE REP THAT HELPED ME WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. YOUR LOCATION AS WELL AS THE UNIT ITSELF WAS EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN. THE 24 HR ACCESS IS GREAT FOR ALL MY BUSINESS NEEDS. I had this same storage unit for almost 5 years when I moved into a permanent location in coop city. I had my parents furniture as well as my furniture from way before. Tons of documents and rugs and other things. I had no trouble at all with the unit. I used their carts to move things in and out. I liked the closeness of my health club near by. Safe and pleasant!
