Everyone i dealt with was really nice, the facilities are nice too. But i was contacted on the phone after my initial inqueries and was told i would have 24 hr access but in reality it is 6am to 9pm. That is still pretty good. But i was also sold the space as a 5' x11', when it is actually only 5' x 8'. Like i said, i like the facility and the staff very much. But i was hoping to get a price reduction yo reflect the real size, or get a true 5' x 11' at the price * atached picture shows an 8 foot peice of masonite fitting the exact length of the space

The reason I choose this Storage location was because the 24 hour access was Convenient for me as I'm a night shifter but now I'm rethinking because its just aggravating to deal with.
