I went to close out my unit and the staff was friendly and efficient. I recommend if you're in the area and in need of storage. It is NOT 24hrs, something I found out the hard way after renting a car and driving about an hour to get there. It's temp control and clean, nobody can access floor unless their unit is in them so your things are very safe.

I just want to commend the excellence service of Mr.Alex Oates he was very helpful in resolving my issues on Tuesday March 12, 2019. I would recommend this storage to anyone with no hesitation based on there excellence in customer service. If it wasn’t for Mr. Alex Oates I don’t kno what I would do, so I must say thanks for a tremendous customer service you offered to me I will forever be greatful. Great storage, great staff and I’m happy to choose this storage. Thanks again for a job well done. Thanks to you also Franny.

If I could give 6, 7, 8 stars, 10 stars, I would! Lysette at 112 Bruckner helped me through the whole process of getting a unit and moving in with so much grace, charm, and generosity of spirit; especially appreciated when we arrived exhausted and very close to closing time! Thank you, Lysette. I will definitely be recommending Storage Post and this location in particular to others. Excellent service!

just wanted to say how very professional and courteous the branch manager Kevin has been!!It is rare to find someone who truly cares for their customer base.I might add, the area manager Alex has also been extremely helpful with answering any and all questions..WISH WE HAD MORE TO STORE THERE!! Santana and Zophier were EXCELLENT help with resolving a minor issue with my membership at Storage Post. They are both very knowledgeable and patient- which are amongst the most important qualities to possess in a field like theirs. Amazing customer service ! I most say Jorge is very polite and was able to answer all my questions seeing that this is my very first time going through this storage process .Randy also made me feel secure storing my furniture with storage post & I think I made a great decision .
