First of all great service , the employees are well mannered, respectful and most importantly very helpful ! Greatly appreciate you guys accommodating me at such last minute. Ms Shaday is exceptional! I am writing this review because of her. When I received an email from Storage Post alerting me to possible flood damage I was really apprehensive. When I went to the office to find out more about the flood damage, I had to wait a few minutes while the attendant (Ms Shaday) spoke with at tenant on the telephone. I was impressed at the way she handled the call. She was calm, explained things clearly, was very patient and understanding of the caller. I thought that this woman must have had a degree in psychology! When the call finished, and I spoke with her of my concerns about the flood, and how Storage Post was going to handle the situation, all my ‘fears’ went away. Miss Shaday explained everything very clearly, and how the company was going to handle the issue. I thank you for having someone like Ms Shaday working with you. Thank you again and congratulations for having Ms Shaday speaking with the customers and tenants! She is an asset to your company!
