First time at Storage post and received the most excellent customer service from Daniel and Raheem. I would highly recommend this business.

First time renting a unit at storage post and I can say very clean place.The guys daniel and Raheem was awesome,very professional .they were very helpful with answering all my questions.i highly recommend anyone that is looking for a storage place to come to storage post.

I'm a little late but have been so busy. However, I did not want to neglect writing my review any longer. I need to let people know how WONDERFUL Storage Post in RVC is. I spoke to Susan and Erin in the reservation center and they were so nice and helpful! I had to go to the office to fill out my paperwork and Jeffrey Gabburt was so professional and delightful and made the experience so smooth. My sister told me she just bought boxes there to help me pack and said the same thing... about how nice Jeffrey is. Five stars for Storage Post and their fantastic employees!!!!

Clean, bright location with helpful staff. I moved from another storage facility and one of the biggest complaints I had with it was the small number of carts that were always locked up so you had to go to their office to get a key which frequently were unavailable. This location has a large amount of unlocked carts. Very pleased.

This place is always clean. Well staffed. Staff is very helpful and respectful. Many sizes rooms to chose from. Pretty good prices. And especially a plus, you have ACCESS TO 9PM. Can't get that anywhere else.

Porscha was absolutely amazing and helped me get through the process so quickly and effortlessly. She called after her hours had ended just to make sure my same day move in went smoothly. Overall had a great move in experience. The location is convenient, the units and building are very clean, and the staff is so helpful!
