Got an immediate call back from Portia, whose delightfully professional and bubbly personality made me want to come right over. There, I was greeted and helped by Leslie who was the most informed and incredible representative I've ever met. The whole experience makes me proud to be a Storage Post customer. I never used self storage but the manager Anthony walked me through the entire process and made it very simple. Anthony was polite and extremely helpful. The entire process only took a few minutes to rent and get my access code. I was able to get started right away. When I came back a few days later Anthony remembered my name and went out of his way to say "HI" and ask if there was anything I needed. Great storage facility!

Alex Lambertus made the paperwork and registration super easy. There were ample hand carts to help make my move smooth and everything was very clean and well lit. Really great facility.
