I live in Seattle but I have had the same Long Island storage post unit for 8 years. The price for the unit is 1/3 less than Seattle area units but Long Island sp is light years better than anything available her in Seattle. The staff are EXTREMELY helpful and courteous. Great storage facility really clean,safe,you need a passcode to access the elevator ,a code to access each floor and also a code to access the freight area.A/c cool.Also the manager I spoke to his name was Carlos cool dude ,really help me get a storage that fit my budget.Even hook me up with a free lock.

Just rented a storage yesterday at first i was a little skeptical as i have never had storage before but kristian had put all my concerns to rest the spot was clean he explained everything to me and answered all my questions he showed me about 3 different units before i ended up taking the one that i did but he was so patient and nice if you need a space look for kristian hes the man !!!

Carlos is fantastic. And Lori at the call center who made my reservation was also very kind and helpful. Clean facility, nice employees, good carts, the lock was only $9. Definitely recommended.
