I was helped very quickly by the employees at this location. They where also very polite and respectful to me during my visit. I was very much satisfied with their service. I would use this location or company again if I had the need for storage again. An I would recommend them to friends and family.

Wow! Couldn't of asked for better customer service at this place. Marie has been nothing but helpfull and pleasant. Though she was very busy with other customers she She acknowledged my husband and i right away. I appreciated how knowledgeable she is. Marie was very understanding to my needs and she definitely made my day with her great sense of humor. I wish i could rate this place more stars!!

So I needed a place to store some of my stuff for a few months, and I ended up going with this storage company. Let me tell you, I'm really glad I did. The whole process was super easy, from booking online to actually moving my stuff in. And the unit itself is great - spacious and clean, with elevator access so I don't have to worry about carrying my boxes up any stairs. All in all, I'd say this is a top-notch storage option.

I came in late and the building was about to close but Karim stayed to help me out. I had to go but told Karim I'll be back in the morning. I came back with my brother despite the weather and found out my unit was sold to another customer at 5am online. I was ready to leave but Karim showed us another unit and told us we should try it out. We decided to give it a try! Clean, well-maintained, modern facilities. But my five-star rating was due to the professionalism - and even more so the courteousness - of the staff, especially Julisa, who was accommodating and cooperative way beyond expectations. The place is also conveniently located, loading docs are easily accessible and the whole experience was very satisfying.
