From the beginning of the online lookup, I received a call from Customer Care Porsha asking if I needed help with my check in. Right away I was completely comfortable and felt seen and appreciated. As for my physical check in I was greeted with the amazing feeling of being able to walk through the reservation without being mistaken. Overall amazing experience and it was worth the tacos and margaritas but I was in town with family and friends so maybe next time. 10/10

Edyta from customer service was wonderful, she went over and above what most employees would do to fully answer all my questions, and to accommodate an initial reservation problem that I had. Outstanding personnel site manager geneisha high leadership skills had the best information. And kisha even while injured was able to give me so much information and sold me the perfect amount of boxes such a wonderful experience would recommend highly!!!!
