I had the pleasure of being helped by Nychelle who is so pleasant and resourceful. I came into this location with a-million-and-one questions and I even called a couple times as well. Each time, Nychelle was respectful and knowledgeable about my concerns. Overall, the customer service at this location is phenomenal and it made the process to secure a storage unit feel like a breeze.

Great place to store your belongings. Manny is great as is the rest of the staff. The place is always clean, the temperature is comfortable, I love the fact that you have to enter your passcode to enter the building. There are cameras everywhere, I feel like my items are safe and I feel safe when I am there.

The manager, Gloria Ramirez, was so helpful and provided me service with a joyful smile and playful attitude.

Manny was excellent when I needed to reserve and book another storage unit. He got me set up in minutes and when I forgot my new lock home, he took care of setting me up with a new lock with ease. Great facility and staff. I highly recommend them.

The staff at this location are very occomadating, friendly and helpful. I want to specifically thank Dionna for all her help. I would recommend using this location.

So, my lock weirdly just stopped working! And Lizette came by to save me worth her super customer service. I honestly neverrrrrr have an issue here they are supper helpful and always accommodating. This may jus seem like a simple job you clock in and clock out too... but she always works wit us with heart and compassion which is really appreciated when working with personal items. I had a previous storage that was horrible (A&A storage) so this is a huge upgrade and I feel really secure. having my items stored here. THANK YOU LIZETTE. At the moment, she is currently running up and down just for me to get my storage open. If that isn’t customer service, then idk what is!!!

My husband and I went into the property looking for storage, not having any idea on how the whole process works, and thanks to a Ms. Ashley all of our doubts slowly melted as the process went along. One thing about us, we are BIG on customer service, that is a big factor when determining where we bring our business ! Her warming smile and aura sold us. We had a lot of questions, which she answered spot on, with out hesitation, she didn’t miss a beat. I could tell she was very knowledgeable on storage, and how to store our items, which put us to ease, because this is where we would be storing our personal belongings! After securing the unit, we went down to the office to sign our paperwork! First thing she did was show us the many different options when it came to protecting our items. She took her time and listened to us about what things were most important to us, and she showed us different items that would protect our things while they were in storage. As we went over the lease, she was very patient in explaining the sections, not making us feel like we were being forced to sign a contract. She really put us to ease with explaining to us that storage post was month to month . As we were leaving she stressed that we could always give her a call if we needed help or had any questions with anything. I just want to say we will be having a long term stay, and we will definitely be recommending this storage to all my friends and family .

The facility is what you'd want it to be. Had a brief issue with billing but the company quickly resolved it after being made aware of the problem.
