I’ve been at this location for some time now almost since they opened and manny really really is on top of things here, I’m beyond appreciative on how he dealt with me but I visit my storage often and I get to see how he deals with other people and how he maintains this building, he is beyond polite and welcoming, very personable and friendly, he is well mannered and always knows what to say, I’ve personally seen him show three separate customers rooms all at the same time in a multi tasking way and they were all laughing as he entertained them in that sense. My favorite is manny using the floor scrubber, the place smells lovely of fabuloso. In the summer time he was always outside in the hot weather sweeping and sweating as well as now in the winter. He deft does all he can do for his customers and this building and it is all of many of the main reasons I chose this facility. Amongst the cameras, prices and elevators manny really is the truth. I highly recommend Storage post-self-storage for its reasonable prices and friendly service.!! Very clean and easy access to store stuff. I had the pleasure of speaking to manny that was very very helpful to me and he made me feel so comfortable when I opened up my unit, Manny was Super nice his energy was amazing he fixed all my details in the system because I booked over the phone with a woman and a lot of my information was put in wrong and manny corrected it all. Manny said let's go see the unit to make sure it's a good fit for you before we sign everything he walked me to my unit to show me it and I loved it. We then went back down to confirm and signed my documents which by the way was easy as 123. They have an easy-loading part to park right in front. This place is great!!! I am at the storage facility at least 3 times per week for my business and always have a great experience. I am always greeted by a kind, courteous, helpful employee name Manny. This storage is the best storage place I have ever come in contact with it feels like home if you are looking for a storage place this is the one for you.

I have been a customer at storage post for more than one year.I would like to recommend manager Gloria Ramirez for her professionalism and concern. She's always helped solve any problems that I have. She is truly dedicated in helping and caring for the customers.

Great storage spot. Clean and centrally located on the North Shore. Manny is very welcoming and helpful, and he took the time to explain the entire process in simple terms. A few family members of mine use this place too, and I will continue to refer business to them. Their prices are lower than most. First 2 months free!

Excellent Customer Service!! I have been a customer for 8 years running. I recently had a serious billing issue and Storage Post worked with me. " Nychelle " was VERY helpful. Storage Post will continue to keep my business going forward.

I haven't moved my stuff to the unit yet. Thats tomorrow. But the people that i spoke to were so nice that I'm sure everything will be fine.

Edited: 01.07.24 Nice, new, clean facility with friendly and helpful staff. So why one star? Their website said that they accommodate 24 hour access requests, and that was the reason why I chose this location. After signing up, I requested that we initiate the process for 24 hour access, and at first I was told to write an email on my company letterhead and I’ll likely get approved…an hour later I get a call from the rep, and they stated that “management (suddenly) changed their policy”. It’s a bit disappointing that I cannot receive the service I was expecting, as I have a business that requires short notice travel…if I get a call at 10pm asking me to take a flight the next morning at 6am, then I will have no access to my gear, which means I’ll need to turn down work. The staff is still a highlight, though. UPDATE: Management reached out to me and gave me an opportunity to explain my situation, and they worked with me to accommodate my needs. I honestly wasn’t expecting to get anything out of my previous review, so it came as a surprise to me when management contacted me and offered me a solution. The customer service at this facility is absolutely amazing, and I cannot be any more grateful.

Top Notch Storage. Great prices,very clean. Staff is super helpfull and ready to answer what ever questions you may have. Good location easy to get to by car or bus. I give it 5 stars :)
