I dealt with the store manager Fred who is extremely professional, courteous. The facility has just been renovated, is secure, clean and my property is safe. I highly recommend Storage Post at 3 3Grand and dealing with Fred.

I found myself in a bind and needed a solution fast. I drove down to Brooklyn from Central New York in an attempt to move my daughter into her apartment. Unfortunately her key would not work and therefore no access to the apartment. I had a truck full of stuff and didn't want to drive it 3 plus hours back to CNY. Found the Storage Post convenient and nearby, and the staff (Calvin I believe) very helpful, genuine and willing to help me solve my problem. I made multiple trips to the unit will be recommending this place to friends.

Fred and Aaron at Storage Post were incredibly helpful and getting my stuff situated at this location was a breeze! They were really transparent about pricing and helping me get the most bang for my buck. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Staff at Brooklyn storage post are the best! I worked with 2 different people while renting my storage unit. Both employees were super helpful and friendly. great experience!

Great location for Greenpoint and Williamsburg residents too. Really easy access units. Huge elevators. Plenty of loading docks and loading carts. Early and late access hours. Friendly, helpful and cooperative staff. Competitively priced units. One of the better storage locations in the Brooklyn/ Queens area. Highly recommended.

Carmen at the Brooklyn location was beyond helpful on site in showing me around the facility and communicating the transaction. Clyde who I first spoke with on the phone was accommodating and helped me find the best deal

Storage Post is the best. I needed a spot For one month. Check in and check out were smooth and easy and the service was friendly and terrific. If I need Storage space again I will go to them first and Absolutely recommend! Thanks guys!
