Absolutely Incredible Experience! Storage Post is the best! Shadey provided us with exceptional customer service, making us feel like we were in paradise. She gave us a thorough walkthrough of the facility, and I was impressed by the size of the elevator—it can fit six cars! This means you can make just one trip to move everything into your storage. The space is clean and well-maintained, with air conditioning to keep it cool. It’s also very quiet and has a beautiful ambiance. At the end of our visit, both Shadey and the manager thanked us for our business and left us with a smile. I highly recommend Storage Post for anyone in need of storage solutions! I had to rent a smaller unit as well as the large one I've been using as I had someone coming to help me move, organize & find things. My 1st choice was done over the phone & was wrong so I was able to change to a much better choice for my needs w/o any trouble. When I took my lock home to fix leaving my 1st unit unlocked they placed their own lock on it for security. I hadn"t worried as it seemed very well secured there but it was great that they did that. Employees are very pleasant people.

What an easy experience. Ease of access and personnel were perfect for what I needed.

Went in today for the first time and Carlos who was at the front desk was very helpful! Not only did we have a great conversation but he made the process easy, comfortable and friendly! He showed me my unit, got me a cart, gave me all the info I needed and sent me on my way! Was in an out quickly and I left with a smile. Definitely would recommend this place,if not for the storage space, for the great staff experience!

The cleanliness of this place has improved and the staff is very friendly and courteous. Mr. Jose was a sweetheart very nice and helped us with our payment issue. It was always a bit dirty and not so friendly before. Now I can recommend this place! Good Job Storage Post!
