The overall move went pretty well. Staff were very helpful with getting me all set up. My problem however began when I got to my unit. I rented a 10"×10" space, but when I arrived I could immediately tell this was not a 10"×10" space simply because I had just left a 10"×10" space prior to moving here. When I alerted the staff member about it, I was told that he did not know what I could do, because they don't measure the spaces. I continued making my argument, at that point I was told that I had to measure the space and prove that it was not 10"×10". So I did. While I was measuring, another staff member showed up and watched as I measured. It showed that the space is 10"×7" . As I spoke about paying for a 10"×10" space but only getting 10"×7". I was told sarcastically that maybe I should have stayed in the 10"×10" where I was. I did not find that funny at all. Then I was told that this matter would be emailed to the higher ups and someone would get back to me about a reduction in price. I'm still waiting... shortly after posting my review I was contacted by the district manager who was very nice and apologetic concerning my encounter with the staff. She explained that my storage has been reduced because of the dispute in size and assured me that the disrespectful manner in which I was treated, will not be tolerated. I really appreciate the way this situation was dealt with and I am satisfied with the results. Thank you Mylandria...

Manny Had excellent customer service. He was very much hands-on. The storage unit was a pretty big and equipped for the items that needed to be stored. He wished me a happy birthday first.

Mr. Manny Gonzalez is one of the Most kindest ,giving people that I have met in quite awhile and he is the epitome of what service should look like. Whatever needs to be done and would not consider anything more than a Thank you! In Manny Gonzalez, you have a Great individual/Friend who gets it,So kudos to Manny, Kudos to you choosing him...you made a Wise choice and because of him ,I have recommended over 30 people who are now your customers. Beautiful facility, beautiful open outside layout for loading and unloading, I followed manny here from his old job because his services are impeccable. Manny showed me everything, the kiosk thingy is awesome and convenient, one of my favorites is the 3 elevators my second most favorite is the amazing access hours. So many cameras but im not worried. I been a customer sometime now and i just want to make it clear (with this overdue review) on how satisfied i am with all the features but most off all how my man manny took and takes care of me and all the other customers ive witnessed him take care of. Storage post i hope you take care of manny the same way he assertively , professionally and respectfully takes care of the facility and his customers. Thank you storage post you chose the right guy.
