I’ve had a wonderful experience thus far! Gloria is an example of great customer service ...I want to say, my experience was outstanding, I was attended to quickly and professionally. The young lady did not hesitate to give me all the information I needed to make an informed decision..she made me feel like this is the place for me to store my personal possessions. Everything went well. I was able to reserve my unit online and pay for it the day before. Also, the representative in the office was very accommodating. It was also easy to access my unit and I felt safe while doing so. And I forgot my lock, but I was also able to purchase one at the reception desk.
