Chris & Daniel are fantastic and I appreciate their help in the good ol’ storage realm. Also, they both have great senses of humor & a lightness of being which is always a pleasure.

This was my first time renting a storage unit. The prices were very reasonable compared to others. The representative I spoke with was very helpful and patient with me as she explained the dimensions of the unit and the amount of items that would fit into the space. The company was very thorough and called to verify some information before taking any action that might have an adverse effect on my reservation (Rey). On the day of my move, the movers came late and the window of time that would allow me to get to the office was compromised. However, I called and spoke with Muhammad and Rey and they stayed an additional half an hour. That gave enough time to jump in a cab ahead of the movers and get my keys and sign the contract so I could move into the unit! I just want to say thank you both for being so accommodating and pleasant throughout the various phone calls and evenmore when I got to the facility. The process once we were at the facility was very smooth. The dollies and hand carts made the transfer of items from the truck to the unit quite easy. Thanks again, gentlemen for everything!!!!

Excellent Service! I drove with my family down from New Haven, Conn on a cold Saturday morning. We were tired and frustrated from traveling so far. We registered online but usually have issues at places cause somehow someone always effs it up! I have to say tho, The store manager at 979 Brook, Jose was a true delight! He showed us to the bathroom, helped us get carts and showed us all the amenities of this facility and even offered us some coffee to keep us warm. He was very nice and made the move-in process very easy for us! Thank you so much! We hope your other other locations have this same level of service! THANK YOU STORAGE POST AND THANK YOU JOSE!

Absolutely Incredible Experience! Storage Post is the best! Shadey provided us with exceptional customer service, making us feel like we were in paradise. She gave us a thorough walkthrough of the facility, and I was impressed by the size of the elevator—it can fit six cars! This means you can make just one trip to move everything into your storage. The space is clean and well-maintained, with air conditioning to keep it cool. It’s also very quiet and has a beautiful ambiance. At the end of our visit, both Shadey and the manager thanked us for our business and left us with a smile. I highly recommend Storage Post for anyone in need of storage solutions! I just want to commend the excellence service of Mr.Alex Oates he was very helpful in resolving my issues on Tuesday March 12, 2019. I would recommend this storage to anyone with no hesitation based on there excellence in customer service.
