We were at 2 other storage facilities before finding Storage Post. This place is clean including the bathrooms. Everyone is extremely helpful. The manager, Kimberly is beyond friendly and amazing with all your needs! I highly recommend STORAGE POST in Ridgewood, Queens!

OK LET ME GIVE YOU A LITTLE OF MY EXPERIENCE WITH STORAGE POST I'V RENTED IN THE PAST FROM STORAGE POST AN I WAS ALWAYS SATISFIED WITH FACILITIES FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE FRIENDLY OFFICE PEOPLE VERY CLEAN UNITS AND I REALLY NEEDED ANOTHER UNIT IMMEDIATELY AN I WAS ABLE TO COME ACROSS THIS PARTICULAR ONE AND I ARRIVED THEY SHOWED ME THE UNIT AND AS EXPECTED JUST A GREAT FACILITY AND I'M 100% SATISFIED WITH THE STORAGE POST SO I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE THANKS.

The manager Abraham was very helpful very polite and professional answered all my questions showed me the different size units with no problem very courteous I recommend this facility to everyone I would give it a 100 star rating but I'm only allowed 5 stars

This would be my first experience with a storage unit, and they set a very high standard for any other time I will be needing one. Carl, the gentleman who set me up and made sure I was set up with everything was great and very helpful! The facility is well kept, secure and clean. The price? Can't beat it! (depending on any specials running). Would highly recommend using them!

Well attended to and expeditiously received my storage space. No issues, smooth and hassle-free. Staff members are courteous and great representatives!! Abraham explained all the do’s and dont’s and treated me well!!!

Before coming here, I went to four other places and wasn’t feeling the vibe. This place was a little busy when I came but still they took good care of me, and had the best prices around. AND they got a parking lot so you can pull right in and use the indoor bay. They even escorted me to the unit! The other place let me find it on my own, and then wanted to charge me for the “gift bag” in my paid unit with a lock inside after I bought a lock. They threatened to cancel my contract so I said forget it, cancel my contract now and gimme a refund. I paid debit, and had to wait ten days for a refund. They didn’t give me a receipt either. Awful. Post was the BEST option and I’m glad I followed my gut to find them.
