Today, I went to Storage Post on Park Avenue, in The Bronx. The gentleman, by the name of Karim, was very professional and so helpful to me. He answered all my questions, assisted me throughout the facility, (in regards to showing me what my options were) and He was so patience with me. That's a good quality to have...loved it! The only downside to the facility is the price...

I’ve had several units with them in the past. I recently had to get a new unit. I’ve always received above and beyond customer service which is why I always come back. My recent encounter tops them all! I was assisted by Livan. He provided me with outstanding customer service. He was polite, knowledgeable and also helped me get the right unit for my belongs. I can honestly say within the years of storing my belongings there, Livan is in my top 5 best reps!!! The staff there is always happy, smiling and helpful. Whenever I need help they do their best to rectify the situation. It's always clean and well maintained which is a super dupper plus for me. The store is convenient and close to major highways. I feel safe storing my belongings there because the staff always provide warming welcomes and departures which ensures me that I picked the perfect location.

I would like to say that you have two wonderful employee . 1- Anthony Vola 2- a lady I dont know her bame but she is wonderful they are very helpful , understand , curtious . Great ppl . Give them a raise and praise .

Storage Post is my go-to spot for storage. Adrienne was super helpful and made the whole process smooth. The place is clean and secure, and I feel confident leaving my stuff there.

Anthony, the branch manager was very helpful and polite! He stopped eating his lunch to help me! Over all experience was outstanding!

Excellent customer service. Knowledgeable and helpful. Even helped me with my belongings upstairs to the locker. Good facility and good prices. Adrienne and the team are excellent at what they do.

Both gentlemen at this facility were excellent removed my doubts that customer service skills no longer existed they were attentive they were helpful and made me feel very comfortable about leaving my items at the facility. On the other hand contacting customer service on the phone although the lady was very sweet and even offered me a free lock for my storage container was very pushy about collecting The $25 administration fee that was already stated I had to pay in my email. Each time I called it almost felt like there was a push to collect this money and even was told I’m not guaranteed my price but it was already guaranteed in an email. Also customer service fails toinform you that there is a $10 a month fee for insurance unless you already have renters insurance which the gentleman happily explaied so the $25 admistrastion fee is actually $35 And your unit is the price plus $10 a month. I have insurance so not an issue for me. My 5 star on top is because the facility really really took care of business and the two men that were there were very professional and helpful they deserve recognition.
