I had this same storage unit for almost 5 years when I moved into a permanent location in coop city. I had my parents furniture as well as my furniture from way before. Tons of documents and rugs and other things. I had no trouble at all with the unit. I used their carts to move things in and out. I liked the closeness of my health club near by. Safe and pleasant!

Lavona and Edilee were great! I made a visit and inquired about a 5x10 unit which I will be moving into next week! I’ve chosen to look around to see what storages best fit me and I believe my husband and I will choose here. both very knowledgeable and helpful ! Let’s not forget both smiles and personality’s very vibrant ! I highly recommend. The buildings kept extremely clean.

Had my first storage unit here over 10 years ago. Chose this facility because it has excellent climate control, clean, and all on ground floor. Regional manager Alex Oates provides excellent help and customer service for account issues.

thank you so much! The service was outstanding, I was helped by Franny who was such a sweet heart, I asked the most annoying questions and he didn't even hesistate to answer me. He showed me different rental units, different prices, very knowledgeable! Process was done so quick, I went to another location yesterday and spent almost an hour there for nothing at all! Didn't even spend an hour registering and unloading due to rhto amazing service that was provided. Big shoutout to the big guy with the beard who allowed us to park the uhaul when an emergency came up in the middle of unloading our things. I didn't get his name lol ! Thank you so much guys !!!

The young lady did not hesitate to give me all the information I needed to make an informed decision..she made me feel like this is the place for me to store my personal possessions.
